# Policy Management

## About Policy Management

The Policy Management page is a dedicated platform where users can configure, create, and categorize policy data. Similar to the Evidence Management page, you can think of each set of policy data as a 'folder', allowing you to organize your policies into distinct groups.

Each policy data set features a data overview section and a policy data file management section:

This provides a summary of the details of the corresponding policy data as configured by the user during its creation. It serves as a quick reference for understanding the specifics of each policy.

### Policy Data File Management

This allows users to upload, download, modify, delete, and preview files related to the corresponding policy data. It provides a centralized location for managing all files associated with a particular policy.&#x20;

Additionally, users can link each policy data set with articles of law or certification in the Compliance List page. This feature helps to map your policies to specific compliance requirements, aiding in efficient and effective compliance management.&#x20;

Policy Management page is designed to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly tool for managing your corporate policies, thereby simplifying the policy management process.
