Evidence Management page is a dedicated space for managing all your compliance-related evidence. Here, you can add, modify, and delete relevant evidence data. Think of each set of evidence data as a 'folder' containing multiple related evidences. Configuring these evidence data sets is a prerequisite to managing evidence files in the compliance detail page.
Once an evidence data set is created and configured, you can access its detail page, which includes an overview of the evidence data, evidence file management options, and related compliance management.
This section presents the details of the evidence data that you configured during its creation. It provides a quick summary and reference point for each set of evidence.
This section allows you to upload, download, modify, delete, and preview evidence files. Additionally, while configuring an evidence file, you can designate a Point of Contact (PoC) for the file. This helps in identifying the person responsible for the corresponding file, facilitating clear communication and accountability.
In this section, you can specify which articles of law or certification are related to the corresponding evidence data. This helps to map your evidence to specific compliance requirements, aiding in efficient and effective compliance management.
